Need Sleep is an aromatherapy inhaler that is blended with sweet marjoram, lavender, and geranium essential oils to help immediately take your mind from your negative, repetitive thoughts and emotions. Each plant in this blend is known for its calming chemical properties, but it turns into a powerfully relaxing aroma when the chemical components work together. The jar is also filled with aromatic herbs and spices, inspired by Traditional Chinese medicine, which helps “round” the aroma with a warm undertones.
Hold the jar 3~4" away from the nose, and deeply inhale for 4 seconds, and then slowly exhale for 6 seconds. Repeat up to 3 times if necessary.
Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Lasts about 3 months depending on the frequency of use. Close the lid tightly after use. Keep away from the reach of children. Not recommended for those pregnant or breast-feeding.
